Return Policy is dedicated to providing quality products that meet your requirements. We appreciate that there may be times when the items may have been delivered incorrectly or there are damages via transit.   

We do not accept any returns on any items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

You can return any incorrectly sent or damaged items within14 working days. The period starts the day the goods were received for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and are returned with the original or similar packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note when returning goods we highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. When a refund is required, please note the refund will be processed by the same method used to purchase the order.

Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


How to return an item

  • Carefully pack the items in original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you.
