All prices are correct at time of processing, however if a pricing error is made, one of our members of staff will contact you to inform you of the error. Prices are subject to change and incorrect prices are only honoured at Medicines2u.com's discretion.
By placing an order or registering on the Website the Customer consents to the Company using its information for marketing purposes whereby the Company may notify the Customer about its products, services or special offers that may be of interest, unless otherwise agreed.
We monitor our orders and if we feel that an excessive amount of an abusable or harmfull product is ordered we will adjust the quantity as nwe feel nessesary.
Products are regularly re branded and removed by manufacturers therefore we may refund you in full if we cannot provide a product.

Returns & Refunds - Cancellations
Medicines2u.com have a seven-day money back guarantee (excluding carriage where applicable and excluding all medicines). Once 'unwanted' goods have been received, the customer has a seven working day cancellation period. The consumer's right to reject starts from the day that the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from Medicines2u.com and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.
Payment Policy
All prices are in pounds sterling (£UK).
Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are acceptable.
Ordering from outside of the UK, payment can only be accepted by credit card.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.
