£2.95 delivery charge on all UK orders regardless of weight and size
Medicines2u.com aim to deliver orders within 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability). In most cases items ordered before 1pm should be delivered the following day by 2.00pm, excluding weekends and holidays. A signature is required on receipt.
EUROPE: DELIVERY CHARGE £7.50
Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the U.K. (including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle Of White, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands & British Forces Post Offices) are charged at £7.50 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 3-6 days.
AMERICAS & REST OF THE WORLD: DELIVERY CHARGE £15
Delivery to regions outside of Europe are charged at £15 regardless of weight. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (17.5%) will be deducted where applicable.
Please note: Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
RETURNS
Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail customercare@Medicines2u.com contact customer services by telephone (0116 2515199) who will be pleased to assist you by forwarding a Returns Form. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
When returning goods (except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by Medicines2u.com), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.
To return products, please:
1. Complete the Returns Form (available by customercare@Medicines2u.com). 2. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the reasonable cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you.
Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. As we are sure you will appreciate, this is for reasons of hygiene. The products must be returned in the same condition as at delivery.
To help us process an exchange or credit note when returning goods, we should be grateful if you could supply details of your order number.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Items ordered are subject to stock and regardless of delivery charge paid if an item has been recalled by a manufacturer or they have discontinued supply a refund for the full amount will be issued.
Standard UK delivery is usually delivered next day by a signed for service however during busy postal periods this take take up to 5 working days.
Special Delivery guarantees a delivery for next day, this service is only guaranteed on orders placed Monday - Thursday and before 1pm. Any orders placed after this period will be processed the next available working day. If ordered on a Friday it can be delivered the next day but this is not Guaranteed. Special Delivery is also subject to stock availability and if there is a difficulty obtaining the item a delay may be incurred. Medicines2u.com cannot be held responsible for difficult to obtain items being delivered late.
