Treatment of herpes simplex virus infections of the lips and face.

Smooth, white cream containing:
Aciclovir 5 %w/w

Dosage:
Adults and children: apply 5 times daily for 5 days starting at first sign of a cold sore (blister or tingle stages). If healing has not occured continue for a further 5 days.
